Trac B Exchange
Think Health. Think Harm Reduction.

Trac-B Exchange operates the first storefront Harm Reduction Supply exchange (needle exchange) in Southern Nevada. The operation of this program was made possible by Nevada Senate Bill 410 which became effective in July of 2013. That bill allows Trac-B to provide sterile hypodermic devices to reduce the transmission of disease.

We welcome people of all genders, races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations to participate in our program; come in and speak to our trained, non-judgmental staff; ask any questions you may have while getting registered. You do not need an ID (unless you're getting Naloxone or a vending card) to access our harm reduction services and there is no cost to you. Ask about other harm reduction materials we have, such as Narcan (overdose prevention medication) and Fentanyl test strips.
